Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8 to 13 business days.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier backlogs, customs processing, weather and peak seasons can cause delays outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
